I loved how close the hotel was to Central Park, making it easy for peaceful strolls, and the New York Public Library was just a few steps away, perfect for a quick visit. the comfy bed and clean room added to my enjoyable stay as a solo traveler, but the breakfast offerings could have been a bit more substantial.

friendly staff

citadines has a great location, just a short walk from times square and broadway. the friendly staff tried their best to accommodate us despite the issues. we also liked the room's layout, which suited our family's needs, thanks to the spacious common areas.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from a lot of attractions. The breakfast options were limited, mainly just pastries and juice. Clean room with comfortable beds. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly. Would have preferred more space to eat breakfast without it feeling crowded.
